Smart Desk Organizer (AI example)

This project started because my desk was always a mess — cables, USB sticks, SD cards, screws, and tools everywhere. I wanted something modular, customizable, and 3D printable, so I decided to design my own desk organizer system.

This Factory is a modular smart desk organizer that you can rearrange, extend, and customize based on your needs.

🧠 Idea & Goals

Goals of this project:

• Make a modular system (blocks connect together)

• Make it easy to 3D print

• No screws, no glue

• Strong enough for daily use

• Anyone can remix and modify the design

🛠 What I’ve Done So Far

• Designed 6 different modules:

  • Pen holder

  • USB / SD card holder

  • Phone stand

  • Small parts box

  • Cable holder

  • Tool cup

• Tested 3 different connection mechanisms

• Printed everything with PLA

• Did stress testing on clips and connectors
